wake up light

does this thing really work?
you wake up all relaxed and nice, i tried the iphone app sleep cycle a while ago and i have to admit that one worked.. it woke me up in good cycles all the time..

so back to the wake up light, yes or no...

    who needs a wake up light? a baby in your house also helps you to wake up.. (we`ll forget about that nice and relaxed-part)..
