Gym

We signed up for a gym Sunday, we also had a personal trainer giving us a program.. I can not in words describe how sore I am at this moment.. I'm just back from the gym but was not able to do anything so I had a nice time enjoying the sauna.. Now I'm off to ikea!

I got a very positive respond today!! They will still call my references, but when that is done I get the job!! It's not 100 % yet but I'm getting there!

My comfort zone..

Today i stepped out of my own comfort zone. i made a presentation about myself. Nerve-wracking but fulfilling.
This presentation was for a role I’m recruiting for, so i hope i preformed well!!
Tonight we have comedy on the schedule and tomorrow we are going to visit a prison. So as you can see the plans from Monday have changed a bit..
Im starting to feel a bit better now after my little “down the hill” period and i know that i will feel great when i get a job.. it’s a strange situation we are in i have to say. I was very confident in going here to Dublin but i didn’t prepare myself enough about what was about to happen..
But im starting to feel that im in control again..

Shit it's crazy windy today!

Busy...

Sorry for my lack of updates lately..
I wanna fill you in on everything that happens in our life’s but for some time now it been a bit empty.
With the exception of food!!! I know, I have been told already.. you wanna see less food...

Right now my lack of updates are due to allot of things. There was a big turn, I focus all my energy on getting my dream job. I am determined to get it!
As you might know by now we also have our first visitor, Pieters dad Hans is here. He has definitely been a great help to me here. He has many years of business experience and i have been able to pick his brain for ideas.
We of course also have some plans for our first visitor, we were thinking: gray hound, road trip and allot of great dinners and conversations.

I will keep you updated about everything!

Sightseeing

Had a long walk around the city today. Really nice. Now we are just hanging out in front of the tv.. Pieter dad is here so we woke up and breakfast was served this morning. I love waking up with the smell of bacon!
