1,5 l veggie stock
4 potatoes
4 carrots
2 dl lentils
1 onion
2 garlics
Spices, whatever you have at home. I had:
Curry
Coriander
Paprika powder
Chili
Parsley
Salt and pepper

Boil untill you can crush everything with a mixer or a potato crusher..
